What You Need to Know

Raging Waters is a seasonal water park and we are looking for Team Members who are available to work May through September, including weekends and holidays. Applicants must be at least 15 years of age or older for some positions, see job descriptions for specific requirements. Service with a smile and a guest friendly attitude is a MUST. While prior customer service experience is helpful, no prior experience or training is needed for most positions. We will provide all necessary training to ensure your success.

1) Once on the Careers Page, you will need to create a "Candidate Profile" by registering on our site.
2) Once registered, you may click on any open position, complete and submit an online application
3) After that, check your email regularly for notices on the status of your application.

Requirements:

Apply online early. We start interviewing for Team Leadership and Pre-season Team Members in January. We hire about 300 employees and continue interviews into March and April. Although most of our Team Members are hired before May, apply online anytime! New positions open up all summer.

Keep checking back or follow our social media channels for an invitation to our Spring Job Fair. You can apply online prior to the job fair and get hired on the spot, or just come out to ask questions and meet Team Leaders.

Show off your great attitude! We are looking for a guest friendly attitude in our Team Members. This starts by completing your online application accurately, responding to emails and phone calls in a guest friendly manner and being able to tell us why you want to work at Raging Waters.

Whether your son or daughter is looking for a way to earn a paycheck or would like to gain experience, we've got a position that he or she may be interested in. Your child could be the essential piece we need for this season! All applicants must be at least 15 years of age or older at the time the application is completed.
