Applicants must be at least 15 years of age or older for some positions, see job descriptions for specific requirements. Service with a smile and a guest friendly attitude is a MUST. While prior customer service experience is helpful, no prior experience or training is needed for most positions. We will provide all necessary training to ensure your success.

Apply online early. We start interviewing for team leadership and pre-season team members in January. We hire about 300 employees and continue interviews into March and April. Although most of our team members are hired before May, apply online anytime! New positions open up all summer.
Keep checking back or follow our social media channels for an invitation to our spring job fair. You can apply online prior to the job fair and get hired on the spot, or just come out to ask questions and meet team leaders.
Show off your great attitude! We are looking for a guest friendly attitude in our team members. This starts by completing your online application accurately, responding to emails and phone calls in a guest friendly manner and being able to tell us why you want to work at Raging Waters.
Whether your son or daughter is looking for a way to earn a paycheck or would like to gain experience, we've got a position that he or she may be interested in. Your child could be the essential piece we need for this season! All applicants must be at least 15 years of age or older at the time the application is completed. Some positions do have other age requirements and restrictions. Please review the qualifications section of the position your child is applying for prior to completing the application. Anyone under the age of 18, will be required to provide a Work Permit.
Apply online or visit one of our job fairs. Once we give you a verbal job offer, make sure to pick up the park issued work permit. You will need to have your parent (or legal guardian) sign and approve the work permit. Next, you need to have your school sign and approve the work permit. You will also need to check your email for the online offer and complete several steps using our hiring portal. When you return the work permit to HR, you will need to provide two forms of ID (school ID and social security card, or school ID and birth certificate, or passport).
