Update, May 14, 2020 — As COVID-19 continues to impact every part of our lives, we have been faced with many hard decisions, resulting in our 2020 Season being delayed. We know how challenging it’s been to wait. We want to see you too!

Because of the uncertainty, we have decided to extend all 2020 Season Passes through the entire 2021 Summer Season. It’s the right thing to do in appreciation of your patience and support. Going forward, 2020 Season Passes will now also include next year.

While it’s too soon to confidently provide an opening date, please know we remain committed to opening the park this summer. Our highest priority remains the safety of all of our Team Members and Guests, and we are closely following the guidelines set forth by federal, state and local government officials and health experts. It is too soon for us to confidently provide an opening date, please know we remain committed to opening this summer for you to enjoy as soon as safely possible.
Your 2020 Season Pass will be automatically extended until the end of the 2021 Summer Season.
Yes, the extension into 2021 is valid for all Season Passes purchased at this time.
Our plan is to ensure you receive equal value for any experience, or benefit, related to your season pass and we will have more details soon.
Good Any Day tickets will be valid through the entire 2020 Summer Season. Guests with additional questions about their tickets can Contact Us to connect with our Guest Services staff.
Surcharges and date blackouts will be waived on group outing tickets, including school picnic tickets. They will be Good Any Day of the 2020 Summer Season. Group Outing Planners should contact their Raging Waters Group Sales representative directly, or Contact Us, to discuss options to reschedule early-season outings.
We are still accepting applications, however, at this time in-person interviews, orientations, and training are currently on hold based upon the stay at home order. We are conducting virtual interviews and looking for quality employees to fill summer positions.
Our highest priority remains the safety of all of our Team Members and Guests, and we’re closely following the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, California Department of Public Health, and Santa Clara County Public Health Department, along with other government officials and health experts. Some of our evolving sanitation procedures include:
  • Making sure rides and other areas are clean and hygienic
  • Communicating and promoting the need to maintain social distance
  • Promoting regular and thorough hand washing by Team Members, Contractors, and Guests
  • Installing sanitizing hand rub dispensers in prominent places around the park to facilitate hand-washing with amongst Guests
  • Promoting good respiratory hygiene in the workplace
  • Encouraging Guests and Team Members to stay home if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, shown symptoms, or themselves come into contact with an individual at risk or suspected of having contracted COVID-19.
  • Educating all Team Members about illness prevention, preparedness and response
