Seasonal Positions require you to choose your preferred position (see open positions below) and complete the online employment information (click on the links to input your information). All available positions are seasonal and most offer flexibility to your school schedule.
Most seasonal positions begin hiring and training in April (some exceptions apply). Raging Waters is open May – September. No prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for people who understand the importance of enjoying life and people who like to smile and help others.

Lifeguard
Job Description: Lifeguards are responsible first and foremost for the safety of our guests at all of the attractions and pools. As a Lifeguard you will interact with our guests by providing a safe environment while proactively scanning the pools, slide dispatching and enforcing park policies while delivering the highest level of guest service.
Job Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age. Prior lifeguard experience is a plus, but not necessary. Successful completion of the International Lifeguard Training Program is required and is provided by Raging Waters’ Ellis and Associates trained instructors (for a small fee). Strong swimming skills are required and a test will be conducted during the training program. Excellent guest service skills are a must.

Security
Job Description: This team is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by enforcing all park policies, safety rules and securing the assets of Raging Waters while maintaining a positive experience for our guests.Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Applicants must have a current security guard card for Santa Clara County. The Security Officer must demonstrate effective verbal and writing communication skills. The Security Officer must demonstrate the ability to problem solve, adapt to different situations and render conflict resolution all while maintaining the highest level of guest service. Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays is required
